Retention of data files

Once created, your regulation 84 report and accompanying documents will be saved on our website as a downloadable zip file. This file will remain available to access on for a period of up to 12 months following the date of its creation or 30 days following notice of our intention to delete, after which it will be deleted and will no longer be accessible to you. Please note it is your responsibility to download zip files to your systems for longer term storage. While we will endeavour to send you reminders to download files we can not be held responsible for any loss of data. We strongly recommend you download files and store them on your own system as soon as they are created.

Jurisdiction and law

Our website relates only to the laws of England and Wales except where expressly stated otherwise. These terms of use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in respect of any disputes which may arise in relation to our website.
